Amazing isn't it how telling stories gets into your blood. And you get better and better at it.
Which student do you reckon from Film by... will be the first feature filmmaker of the future. Because it will happen nothing surer.
Can't wait to see that.
In the meantime I look forward to seeing what this year offers. Good luck and get creative.

“I went to Burwood Girls High School and was so fortunate that a teacher, Jenny Harding, introduced a new elective class – a Certificate 3 in Film Production. She inspired me to make a film for my HSC and go to Sydney Film School. Apart from all her technical expertise, she also taught me how to succeed as a woman in an industry basically dominated by men. That was 15 years ago and I am still learning.
I believe it’s so important to enable all young people to explore the arts and develop their creativity, which will inspire them in and out of the classroom. Like me, they too might choose a lifetime career they love.”
